This beautiful and new specimen to the market is a rich and deep purple Fluorite which we have called Step Fluorite.

About Xin Jiang Purple Step Fluorite:

These fascinating Purple Fluorite specimens are ones for collectors of Chinese Fluorite. This Fluorite reminds me of a stunning Fluorite from Muzquiz, Mexico with similar formations and they too grow in two stages, but often on a Quartz base. The formation of these unique specimens are created in two layers. The first layer is a classic Octohedral purple fluorite with layers of purple and white fluorite mixture. The second layer is the creation of these small cubic formations with the patterns looking like a city from a science fiction film or a layer of stepping stones. We only have 2 available now, but are actively sourcing more of these for everyone to have a piece in their collection. These specimens are delicate and will be supplied in specimen boxes for protection.

Specimens should not be washed and must be handled with care. We suggest that they are placed on infrequently used furniture or shelves and display cabinets.  They do not cope with being dropped, so we urge caution when handling them. 

We stock a limited amount of stands, so we will add them in ACCESSORIES section as we get stock in. 

These are earth mined crystal, this means there will be a variation of colour, shape and size. All sizes are approximate and vary from piece to piece.
