These small but impeccable specimens are from an independent miners discovery from the one off and now exhausted “Guided By Purple” pocket in North Carolina, USA USA

These specimens are classed as floaters, which is a crystal that formed unattached to a matrix or host rock. Because they grow without an attachment point, usually all sides of floater crystals are almost always undamaged. This is the case with these specimens, with many having double terminations and multiple double terminated points. 

This single miners passion and hard work has given us these  amazing Amethyst specimens, packed with tiny hematite inclusions we call at LCT strawberry seeds.

Specimens should not be washed and must be handled with care. We suggest that they are placed on infrequently used furniture or shelves and display cabinets.  They do not cope with being dropped, so we urge caution when handling them.
